There is absolutely no reason to have a dial up connection in this day and age, and if you do, you should be ashamed of yourself! There, i said it. Of course i’m just kidding, there are many of you out there reading this post simply because you don’t have a highspeed broadband connection and you’ve probably been operating just fine with a dial up connection for years…
Well that could all change now simply because there are so many high speed broadband providers out there that you should be able to get it as cheap as what you’re paying on your dial up modem connection now! Sounds surprising doesn’t it? It’s true.
You may be one of these internet users like my dad who only really goes on to check his bank balance or answer the odd question that pops into his head from time to time. I’ve been arguing with him for years about getting a highspeed braodband connection, yet his answer always remains the same: “what would i use it for son?”
Well i have yet to convince him that once he has the highspeed broadband connection there would be no end of opportunities opened to him. I know for a fact that he loves movies and to be able to stream them at super fast, highspeed broadband connection speed would amaze him at the very least. Perhaps he’s reading this post. Maybe i’ll send the link to him and see what i can do this way.
