If you’re on a highspeed broadband connection then it certainly will be a merry Christmas! At least if you’re only got one TV and you want to watch live, streaming movies in another room. Allow me to explain…
So all the favourite movies are on over Christmas and this is the time when everyone argues about what to watch. Usually it’s dad that takes control and tells everyone what to do, for some reason, at least this is how it was in my house as a teenager. But it needn’t be like this. Highspeed broadband can offer at least one of you a way out of the Christmas quarrels.
Why sit and argue about The Wizard of Oz when you can go and sit at the computer or you laptop and watch streaming movies on there with you highspeed broadband connection? You can’t do this with a dial up, no way! I remember trying many moons ago and i got so annoyed at the movie stopping all the time for the connection to catch up, that i nearly hurled the PC out of the window into the garden. With highspeed broadband the thought has never popped into my head. I can watch the latest DVD releases on my highspeed broadband connected PC when there’s nothing but the Wizard of Oz on the TV. What is it with that film anyway? And why on earth do they insist on it playing over and over again? One of life’s little mysteries.
