If it’s not highspeed broadband don’t bother! There’s a simple enough statement, i think you’ll agree. And i mean every word of it. I am talking in particular about Christmas more than anything here. Many people will be buying laptops and desktops etc for their kids and other loved ones this Christmas, but if you don’t have a highspeed broadband connection then it really isn’t worth your effort…
This is especially true when it comes to your kids. If you don’t have a highspeed internet connection available for when they open their present, if it isn’t set up already, then you might as well give up before you begin. You should at least be ready with one to install if nothing else. You see, your kids will have had access to some pretty good information technology in their schools for goodness sake. So not having a highspeed broadband connection could be very disheartening for them at Christmas when they want to watch movie clips and download music etc. A dial up modem simply will not do the trick; even temporarily!
Sort it all out now before it’s too late. Your PC retailer will be able to advise you on all aspects of highspeed broadband connections and how to go about it. Most PCs come with some trial versions already installed on the computer anyway, so you might as well go with one of them jsut for ease of operation. Believe me, you really need to have highspeed broadband; you’re kids with thank you for it big time!
